As Partner and CEO of LCM Hong Kong, Alex's duties are to oversee all daily activities including sales, trading and operations. Before founding LCM HK, Alexander was co-managing LCM's London-based US cash equities desk. Prior to joining Louis Capital, he was managing an institutional sales desk at Instinet in London. Alex holds a BA degree in French and Spanish from the University of Leeds, in England.

Tom is Director of Sales and Marketing Asia. Before joining LCM, Tom ran ING’s Asian region sales team in HK. He has over 20 years’ experience in the business and has worked at major banking institutions in Chicago, London, New York, Tokyo and HK. Tom holds a BA in Business Studies with a major in Economics from Middlesex University in the UK. He also has an MA in Accounting and Finance from Sheffield University, England.

Vittorio heads LCM's Asian Equity derivatives desk. Before joining LCM in Hong Kong, Vittorio was Head of Single Stock Derivatives at Bank of America, after having worked at Dresner and JPM in London. Vittorio is a finance graduate of the University of Bocconi in Milan, as well as the London School of Economics
