As co-Founder and Managing Partner of LCM, Michael is now based in London. His duties include daily management of the LCM Group with a focus on business development, sales and marketing. Before co-founding the company in New York, Michael was Head of Sales in Foreign Exchange at Credit Lyonnais Securities in New York. Michael has also worked at Smith Barney Inc. in New York and Paris. He has a Masters Degree in Finance from the University of Paris IX-Dauphine.

As Managing Partner of LCM, Patrice's duties include daily management of the LCM Group with a focus on sales, trading and operations. Before joining LCM and founding its London operation, he was trading currency derivatives at AIG in Greenwich, CT and BNP in Paris. Patrice is a graduate of HEC Business School, Paris.

As a Director in London, Will oversees sales and trading activities on the Cash Equities. Prior to joining and helping to set up the London office, Will worked as equity derivatives and risk arbitrage proprietary trader at Eden Rock Capital Management, HSBC, and Nordic. Will is a graduate of the University of British Columbia.

As Global COO of LCM, Claire is responsible for managing all support functions globally including back and middle-office, IT, Risk, Finance, HR, Legal and Compliance. Claire joined us from Newedge Group where she spent 15 years in various positions: from 2005 to 2009, she was Chief Operating Officer for Europe and Middle East ; before that, she was Head of Credit and Risk in the UK from 1997 to 2005. During this time Claire established the risk and system framework which allowed the development of the Commodities, FX and Prime Brokerage businesses. A French national, she is a graduate from ESSEC.

Glenn manages all global financial and accounting operations for the company. Prior to joining LCM, Glenn was at Cantor Fitzgerald for 12 years where he held various positions including Head of Management Reporting and Head of Finance and Business Integration. Glenn holds a BA(hons) degree in Accountancy & Finance from the University of Hull and is ACMA qualified since 1999.

Cyril is in charge of the Global Macro research and sales desk at LCM. Prior to that he was in charge of global macro trading at ADI  a leading French hedge fund group ($8 Bln AUM at peak) for 7 years. Before that he held various senior positions in Forex derivatives (AIG trading Paris) and Fixed Income Sales (Finacor Chicago & London). Cyril holds a BA from the Institute Superieur de Gestion in Paris.
