As Managing Partner of LCM, Patrice's duties include daily management of the LCM Group with a focus on sales, trading and operations. Before joining LCM and founding its London operation, he was trading currency derivatives at AIG in Greenwich, CT and BNP in Paris. Patrice is a graduate of HEC Business School, Paris.

Vanni heads LCM's London Cash Equity desk. Prior to joining LCM, Vanni worked 19 years on the buy-side. Most recently at Gartmore where he was in charge of long short European portfolio after having worked as a Portfolio Manager for MPC Investors and Hutchinson Vecchini Asset Management. Before, he spent 11 years at Schroder Investment Management as an analyst, portfolio manager and head of research. Vanni holds a Degree in Economics from LUISS University in Rome.

Glenn manages all global financial and accounting operations for the company. Prior to joining LCM, Glenn was at Cantor Fitzgerald for 12 years where he held various positions including Head of Management Reporting and Head of Finance and Business Integration. Glenn holds a BA(hons) degree in Accountancy & Finance from the University of Hull and is ACMA qualified since 1999.
